Questions buyers actually ask
Straight answers before you spend anything.
How much does SingRank charge?
S$750/month for one SEO, GEO & AEO plan. 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' written notice.
Do you offer different SEO packages?
No. There is one plan. Work outside it is quoted separately and only starts after you approve it.
How many articles do I get?
20 articles a month. We research, write and publish them on your website. Each has a cover image, links to your related pages, and its own title and description for Google.
Can I ask for changes to an article?
Yes. You get 1 round of changes per article before we publish it. Rewrites beyond that are outside the plan.
Is technical SEO included?
Yes, up to 6 hours a month: fixing broken links and redirects, pages google cannot find or index, duplicate or missing titles and descriptions, structured data (schema) errors, small speed and mobile fixes, sitemap and robots.txt problems. Bigger jobs are quoted first.
Will you fix every technical problem on my website?
Not necessarily. We fix the most important problems first within the monthly hours, tell you what is left, and quote anything larger before doing it.
What is the difference between SEO, GEO and AEO?
SEO helps you show up in Google results. GEO helps AI tools like ChatGPT understand your business. AEO means answering customers' questions clearly on your pages. They overlap, so we do all three together.
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No. Nobody controls Google. Rankings depend on your competitors, your website's history and changes Google makes.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend my business?
No. We cannot control what ChatGPT or other AI tools say. We make your business easy for them to understand and quote.
How long before I see results?
There is no guaranteed timeline. It depends on your website, your industry and your competitors. The first three months let us do the groundwork and read the early numbers with you.
How will I know the work is done?
You get a live dashboard, updated daily, and a monthly report: the articles published, the fixes made, what changed in your search numbers, and the enquiries we can track.
Do I need to give you website access?
Yes, to publish articles and make fixes: editor access to your website, and Google Search Console and Analytics if you have them. Your accounts stay in your name, and you can remove our access at any time.
Are ads included?
No. Ad spend and ads management are separate. See other services.
Can you redesign my website?
Not inside this plan. A redesign or a new website is quoted as a separate project.
Who owns the articles?
You do. If you stop, you keep everything: the articles and pages we published, your Google, Maps and other accounts (always in your name), and your reports and data export.
What happens after the first three months?
It continues month to month. You can stop any time with 30 days' written notice.
Do you guarantee more enquiries or sales?
No. We do the agreed work and show you honestly what changed, including the enquiries we can track.
How fast do you reply?
We reply within 1 working day. Send us your website and we will tell you what we would fix first.
